Project Description:
For this rental property in Clearwater, FL, the goal was to reduce maintenance and respect tenant privacy. The small backyard areas required regular mowing, which meant the owner had to access private spaces too often.
We installed Kid Play 60 turf across each backyard zone, creating a clean, low-maintenance surface that looks great and performs year-round. We also raised the grade slightly to smooth out the transition from the concrete patios, solving the drop-off issue and improving walkability.
Now the property owner has zero turf upkeep and the tenants get a tidy, functional outdoor space with no disruptions.
