How we work.
Every Magnolia Turf installation is built the same way, regardless of project size or market.
Sub-base first. Three to four inches of decomposed granite or crushed limestone, graded for drainage and compacted correctly. The sub-base is what determines whether a yard lasts 15 years or fails in five. We never skip it.
Premium product on every quote. Every install uses turf with Triflow backing (drains at 900 inches per hour, roughly 30 times faster than standard hole-punched turf), Microguard antimicrobial coating, LusterGuard matte blade finish, and reinforced W-shape, S-shape, and C-shape blades. These features are what make the 15-year warranty possible.
15-year warranty on every residential install. Handled in-house, not through a third-party warranty company.
What Sets Us Apart
More than 10,000 completed installs across Texas and Florida. Residential lawns, pet areas, putting greens, playscapes, sports fields, pool surrounds. Our crews train on every step of installation (sub-base prep, cutting, seam work, edging, infill placement) before they run a job. Senior installers, most with us for years, run the training.
We answer the phone. We show up when we say we will. If something is wrong with the install, we come out and fix it inside the 15-year warranty window without a fight or a fee. The warranty is handled in-house, not through a third-party warranty company. Customer service in this industry is a low bar. We try not to be one of the companies that lower it.
We install more than 2 million square feet of turf per year. That volume gets us full-pallet supplier pricing and route efficiency that smaller installers cannot match. The savings show up in your quote. The materials and the install standards do not change.
We are not the cheapest. Companies quoting under 8 dollars per square foot are usually skipping the sub-base, using thinner backing, or installing a lower-grade turf. We typically run 13 to 15 dollars per square foot for residential installs, including premium turf, proper sub-base, professional installation, and the 15-year warranty. The price difference shows up in year three or four, when shortcut installs start to mat, lift, or fail.

Fast. Amazing install. I still can’t believe they did such quality work in such a short amount of time. Trey was excellent to work with. We highly recommend Magnolia. We got another quote that was $1500 higher, but our neighbor used Magnolia and highly recommended them. So we got a quote and we are so glad we did. Brent is very professional and responsive. Came out with several samples to give a free estimate and walk through our options. He was helpful as we went back and forth a few times on some revisions of the estimate while changing exactly what we wanted. Then they were able to get us on the schedule a couple of weeks early, and in a day and a half turned our grotesque, obstacle course of a yard into a beautiful/useable/kid and dog friendly space.
