Project Description:
This residential installation in Rockwall, TX addressed the homeowner’s difficulty in growing grass on a small, steeply sloped backyard. Magnolia Turf collaborated with Covington Nursery to create a hybrid landscape using artificial turf and decorative rock. The project included:- Installation of approximately 800 sq ft of Spring 75 synthetic turf
- A custom river rock bed with natural edging and planting zones
- Site grading and prep to contour the slope and prevent runoff
- Turf selection optimized for softness, drainage, and year-round greenery
