This Sarasota home had a compact area just off the back patio where the homeowner wanted to add color, comfort, and a place to relax. Magnolia Turf installed under 450 sq ft of Kid Play 60, a soft, vibrant synthetic turf designed for high foot traffic and visual appeal. The small lawn patch created a clean and inviting spot where chairs could be set up to enjoy the outdoors without the need for constant lawn maintenance or patchy growth.
