Project Description:
This vibrant turf project was completed in the heart of the Bishop Arts District in Dallas, TX. The client needed a low-maintenance upgrade to their apartment courtyard with visual impact and weather resistance. Magnolia Turf installed approximately 600 sq ft of red and white synthetic turf in a circular design across the shaded common area of the courtyard. The project involved:- Red and white color-block turf layout
- Installation over an existing hardscape surface
- Custom radius cuts to contour around mature trees and seating features
