This project in Palmer Ranch / Esplanade, Sarasota, Florida showcases how artificial turf can solve one of the most common homeowner challenges: maintaining a pet-friendly yard.

The customer originally had natural grass in her lanai area for her dog. Over time, however, it became a nightmare to maintain. The grass struggled to stay healthy, weeds began to take over, and the upkeep demands were constant. This left the homeowner frustrated and searching for a cleaner, safer, and more reliable solution.

To address these issues, we installed our Spring Supreme 75 turf, a premium product designed for both durability and aesthetics. What makes Spring Supreme 75 particularly well-suited for pet environments is its flow-through backing, which allows for superior drainage, and its built-in MicroBan® technology, which helps prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew.

To further enhance the installation, we upgraded the infill to OptiFill, which doubles the antimicrobial protection. This ensures that the turf remains fresh, clean, and odor-resistant—even in areas of heavy pet use.
