Project Description:
This project at 2310 Steel St in central Houston shows how artificial turf and modern hardscape design can completely transform a townhouse courtyard.
The homeowner wanted to create a functional and stylish entryway that matched the urban setting of their property. To achieve this, we installed Spring 90 turf in the courtyard, providing a lush, natural-looking foundation that is low-maintenance and durable for year-round use.
To complement the turf, we added black star gravel and a clean arrangement of 2’x2’ concrete pavers, spaced 6” apart. This design element leads directly from the front gate to the front door, creating a striking and modern walkway that is both practical and visually appealing.
The combination of turf, gravel, and pavers offers the perfect balance of soft greenery, hardscape durability, and sleek design, enhancing the property’s overall curb appeal. The result is a courtyard that feels inviting, modern, and easy to maintain—an ideal upgrade for townhouse living in Houston.
