This Sarasota client wanted to transform an underused backyard into a luxury recreational space. Our team designed and installed a three-hole putting green featuring premium Stimp 12 turf for putting surfaces and Tri-Pet fringe turf for realistic transition zones. The final layout includes natural contours and realistic breaks, mimicking professional greens for practice or entertainment. Set within a clean residential landscape, the putting area allows for multiple shot angles while maintaining a tidy footprint. The vibrant turf also adds visual appeal and year-round greenery to the backyard. Whether for solo practice or weekend fun, this custom putting green delivers on performance, style, and ease of maintenance.

We completed this Anna Maria putting green turf installation for a beautiful short-term rental property near the coast. The client needed a low-maintenance backyard upgrade that could handle guest use year-round without the constant care that real grass requires.

This project included 1,400 sq ft of premium artificial turf, including a custom-shaped putting green and a soft, clean poolside turf layout. We used Spring 75 for lush visual appeal and Pro Putt for a consistent putting surface with minimal bounce. The entire design was framed by hardscape paths and landscaping borders for clean visual structure.

Because the turf was installed at a vacation rental, drainage and durability were key. Our team laid a compacted limestone base beneath the surface and installed a perimeter seam system to keep the turf locked in tight during heavy use.

This turf installation not only looks amazing — it’s also fully pet- and kid-friendly. It reduces water use, eliminates mowing, and stays green all year with zero chemicals.
